news on illness & thank you sweet friends

hello ladies, thank you thank you for all the feel good wishes. I need them so please keep them coming and your prayers. i saw my docotr who subrscribed 3 meds for my head, oh man is it wiping me out. within 45 mts i'm down for a loooong nap. then another nap few hours later and an everning nap before bed. so of course i haven't slept thru the night in long time. it's messing up my whole schedule and keeping rich awake, he is finally going to sleep on the couch tonight so i won't keep waking him.

i have my next appt. in the morning to see about my pms which has never been this bad, two weeks of heavy flow which is leaving me very weak and pale. sorry to be so honest just want you to know and pray and send healthy wishes please, can't take much more of this. i will keep you updated on what they find.

in the meantime, nothing fun is going on, napping and laying and no chores or fun for me. my oldest and and mom and sister has been helping me. annie would help if she lived closer.

PROJECT LIFE AND ILLNESS

Hello there, just a quick post of my PL photos for last week. They are in the album but the journaling is not done yet. Seems that mother nature is playing a cruel game with me by sending me severe PMS symptoms and starting on mother's day a bad inner ear infection/head/sinus thingy going on. The walls are spinning, my ears keep ringing and my head is pounding. This is not fun at all, spent the day on the couch yesterday and going to again today. Just wanted to let you know I will me MIA this week while I get better. Have a wonderful week and hope everyone's mothere's day went well. My oldest is home for the week, HOORAY will be spending time with her and just soaking it up while we can. The kids are sooooo excited to see her and be with her. Take care and will be back over the weekend or next week!!

MY SCRAPBOOK PAGES SO FAR!!! HAPPY HAPPY

I have some scrapbook layouts to share with you today. So far I've gotten one done each day this week and the other ones our from this weekend during NSD!! My table was a mess a few days ago when this all started then today got much worse. Should have taken pictures of it but I cleaned it up instead, more for the kids and Rich then me. I love working in the creative mess it keeps me inspired. I just pretty much played with these, no rules or worries just wanted to get back into it again. Here we go....

This was during WITL waiting at a train track, loving the paper tape I got at Target, I want to put it all over the page!! Frame the whole page in tape, might go back and still do that, lol                   

Sienna helped me with this one yesterday. We splattered the paint on it while she was here. I finished it last night. I now have a sheet of green duct tape, looove it !! Loving the circles too!

I did this one today. Inspired by Ali Edward's newsletter a few weeks ago on layouts that she likes. Will be doing this one again and again. I LOVE CIRCLES!!

PROJECT LIFE APRIL 30 TO MAY 5

It's PROJECT LIFE TUESDAY TIME,  this is the week after WITL and it was a good photo week. This past week was filled with fun stuff to record and I thought I'd be tired of the camera after last week's WITL but right away on Monday things started happening so my camera was beside me all week. I still have to finish the title card I know, looking for a certain sticker and can't find it. The HELLO sticker is for hello MAY. Can you believe it's May already???  I also have some close ups of each side for you below.

Here is the left side, it's filled with pictures all from Monday. I love all these pictures and they really tell the story of how our Monday morning went. The highlight was the bunny Lucky found our on the deck, he was trying to get thru the patio door to get him, was so cute watching but the bunny was scared and finally took off down the steps (see photo) then it came around front where the cat saw him and I got this picture of him sitting very still before hopping off. The sun was gorgeous this morning also.

Here is the right side which is about the rest of our week. My favorite is the one with our feet. Little Colt started putting his feet on mine and just staring at them so Sienna joined in with hers. Colt still sat there facinated with our feet. He would rub them, stare some more and then smile at me. Not sure what was going on in his head but I'm sooo glad the camera was right beside me to capture this along with 7 other ones of our feet. It got real hot for two days and we loved it. I added some new paper tape and smash tape that I got at Target, love them and want more. Truly thankful for my PL again.

I'm starting to scrapbook again and commiting to doing a layout everyday for the next month when the kids will be home for the summer. During the summer it will go to one layout a week any more then that will be a bonus. I will share these once a week, thinking on Thursday's or Sunday's. Hope everyone is having a good week. MY HAPPY LIST!!!

Hi everybody, hope everyone is having a good weekend!! It's been a good week for me and I'm feeling very blessed !! Need to take this time and remember all these happy moments while I can. Please share what's making you happy today in the comments, love to see what it is!!

1. My oldest turned 23 yesterday and I can remember her being born like it was yesterday
2. Yesterday was National Scrapbook Day, isn't that awesome!!
3. I've been going thru my old scrapbooks and loving them again which made me
4. Start scrapbooking again, did 5 pages this weekend, which for me is a lot!!
5. I've been art journaling like crazy and LOVING it!!
6. All this means my table is a CREATIVE MESS RIGHT NOW!! LOVE THAT
7. Going to church today brought a new sense of peace and love to me
8. I walked 3 times last week, almost 4 but it was raining
9. Summer and Renee have been wearing skirts and not wearing yoga pants, yea!
10. Sam was expectionally good on Weds. and he knows it, hope it continues
11. Strawberries finally look good and we've been eating them all the time
12. the grass is all cut and trimmed and looks soooo nice, thank you honey
13. Colt is sweet and adorable and so filled with joy right now!!
14. we had a baby shower for my cousin who is adopting a little boy! LOVE THIS
15. loving my camera again so much after WITL
16. meeting new people thru WITL, love reading new blogs and making new friends
17. ALWAYS PROJECT LIFE
18. In one month the kids are officially on summer break, SO NOT READY
19. I slept thru the night twice this week, for some reason I wake up a lot lately
20. Last but not least at all ......

       Remember I shared that tragic news of a school shooting at a local school. They got some happy news a short time ago, they WON A PROM OF THEIR DREAMS THANKS TO SOME AWESOME AND GENEROUS PEOPLE IN NEARBY COUMMINTY'S. A local radio show always picks a school to win a prom and everyone around here voted for Chardon to win. Isn't that awesome, people thinking of them and making sure they could have a happy night! Not only did they win the contest they had money that people were already donating to help give them a special prom, so between these two gifts last night they had THE PROM OF THEIR DREAMS!! It was held at the ROCK AND ROLL HALL OF FAME IN CLEVELAND, RED CARPET AND EXTRA EVERYTHING, LOTS OF LIMOS AND BEST OF ALL SOME SMILES, HUGS, LOVE, LAUGHTER WHICH IS WHAT THEY ALL NEEDED FOR THIS ONE NIGHT. THIS HAS MADE MY WHOLE WEEK, LOVE THE PAYING IT FORWARD.

I will have my PL on Tuesday and am still working on WITL. Thanks for reading and have a good week!!

PROJECT LIFE....WEEK IN THE LIFE PAGES !!!!!

Here is the full spread for the week, notice it's all COLLAGES, I know big surprise, lol!!! My first thought was to pick one photo/storyfor the day and that's it. Some of these days just have so many good things to remember though so I went for the collage idea. It's nice knowing that even in my PL for this week the story is pretty well told thru the photos and journaling. Having all white borders around the collages makes the color stickers pop nicely doesn't it??!! Now for close ups....

Here is the left side,  the title card needs something just not sure what yet. The LIFE card in the first pocket is perfect for this week I thought. The card for Monday is a folded journal card, inside I explanied what this week was about and why it was captured this way. Went to town with all the number/arrow stickers, glad to finally put them to use. I will have to use them more in the future.

PROJECT LIFE April 15 to 21

Hello and Happy MAY DAY!!  Can you believe April is gone already, seriously in a blink of an eye. We are in the last hurdle of the school year, kids are counting down and can't wait. Today I have my PL update for the week before and hope to have my Week In The Life Project Life pages done soon, just have to do the journaling.  I'm loving these pages and notice all the collages, AGAIN!! Hope you aren't tired of them yet. Here is the full page spread and below are some close-ups.
