PROJECT LIFE June 24 to June 30

This week's pages were hard for me, I took too many photos and wanted to include lots of journaling. I finally took out some pictures (might sneak them in next week) decided not to journal so much and finally finished it. I'm happy with it which is the extra bonus. So happy to have half a year of memories all tucked inside this album. It's been my best year yet I think,  more fun, my art, COLLAGES what's not to love. I peeked at Becky Higgins blog and saw all the new products coming out, sooooo excited about those white journal cards, great for doodles just like she said. Can't wait to see what next year's designs will be also. Ok, enough rambling let's take a look last week's pages.
I have some close ups and remember you click on them to see better, it is storming here and the light thru the window is not happening, oh well at least my pages are done, right!!
Here are some of my favorites of this week. The bottom left picture is about our new tradition, hanging outside at night on the big quilt. Hoping this happens a few times a week, it's my way of slowing down at the end of the day and hopefully dragging out summer time as long as possible.
Love that I got this one of Rich watering the garden, he takes such good care of it, every night this takes at least an hour which means less time with us but he loves it so much.
Sorry for all the glare on this page, it's the front side of an extra insert. I really wanted to show off the top right one, my hubby took it and didn't tell me. He went fishing and came home with only 2 fish and took the time to measure them and get this picture. The other two are about me enjoying the sunlight in the morning and at night on the same day, I'm thankful for all the windows in my house on days like this, even though it get HOT in here at times. Deborah, this is the same day you were enjoying the sunlight at your house, told you great minds think alike.
here is the back side of the insert and the right page for the week. I love the pictures of Colt and Sienna with my kids. Sorry for the glares again, usually they come out much better.
Here is the back side of the insert, HAPPY PHOTOS!! I LOVE LOVE the bottom one, just got lucky on the angle and the white space to write on. Love Sienna's smile with Sam's. Just proof that bad days do have a chance to turn into sunshine happy days.
here is the right side, good memories to remember. The top right one is so funny, little Colt wanted to stand in this box and kept doing it over and over and would laugh when he'd fall over. Sienna got in with him to help hold him up. The bottom right one is about having ZUMBA in the house, thanks to Renee buying it. She is getting a good workout and sore muscles from it. We decided to pitch the tent in the backyard to camp out but had a ALMOST CAMP OUT INSTEAD. Hoping the neighbors are quieter next time we try this. One by one the kids came in and slept in their beds, lol

Thanks for visiting and for your wonderful comments, they make my day!! I have some planned posts coming up later in the week, kids art work,  DREAM HOUSE POST so I will see you again soon. I'm linking up with Jessica Turner at Creative Mom, her link is on the right of my blog.

  2. Hey, love how your PL pages turned out again. The journaling on the photos looks great. I like your idea of including some extra photos out of order. I found a bunch of great pictures on my husband's phone and want to find a place for them somewhere.

    1. Thank you mom, that means a lot to me. Don't think that way mom, they didn't have a BECKY HIGGINS PROJECT LIFE back then and if they did I KNOW YOU WOULD HAVE DONE THIS AND LOVED IT. Doesn't matter if you were home more, lots of my readers work and do PL, I have great memories of growing up and you saved all those letters/cards that I made you which is AWESOME!!
Thanks mom for visiting, love you!
