T stands for naTional scrapbook day

Hello and Happy Tuesday!! I am on a scrapping roll and can't stop, YAY!! As some of you might know it was National Scrapbook Day on Saturday, YIPPEEE!! I love this day so much, even if I'm more of a Project Lifer it still is so fun! Went to the crop at my church, this is the picture I remembered to get with my drink when I was cleaning up for the day. The rest you will have to wait for because today still counts to turn in your layouts at BPC and on Insta-gram!! They are trying to reach 10,000 by 11:00 tonight May 5, we have over 7,000 right now!! YIPPEEE!! So I'm off to scrap a little while babysitting then going to my bible study group tonight and back home quick I hope to keep scrapping!! Yes, Nancy I'm still scrapping, isn't that great!! I will post my layouts next Tuesday so everyone can see them. Anyone do any scrapping? Cards? Project Life? It all counts!!

Hope everyone is having a good day and I will be by to say hello!
Thank you Elizabeth for hosting another week of T Time!!
To see what others are doing stop by and say hello Altered Book Lover !!

  5. Looks like you had fun during National Scrapbooking Day. It's become a real holiday for scrappers and a day to celebrate the joy of the craft.

Nope, I don't make cards (except at Christmas and a few holidays), and I don't scrap. But it will be fun to see what you have created.

Thanks for taking us to your church over the weekend and sharing this fun activity with us for T today.

  8. I was going to say that's a very clean-looking work space, and then read that you were cleaning up. (grin) I have been working on some 8x8 scrapbooks: grandkids this fall-grandkids over Christmas- and need to make two scrapbooks of our visit to Panama City Beach, Florida. I often make my own embellishments because I am not crazy about what's available, or feel they are too expensive. I would love to do PL, but our kids are grown and gone, and somehow it seems a bit much to try to come up with enough interesting stuff from just the two of us. I have been doing the Documented Life Project with Art to the 5th bloggers, and that has kept me busy too. So many irons in the fire! but I love it...so cool that you celebrated Scrapbooking this week with extended amounts of time on your pages! happy T day...can't wait to see your pages next week!

I read about Nat'l Scrapbook Day on FB ... my boxes of photos sure could use some attention...it is not something I have ever done (scrapbooking that is!)

  18. Thanks for dropping by. Hubby is most definitely not relaxing. I don't think he knows how, but no matter hoe much I tell him to rest his hand, he still keeps on working!
