Early thankful post...... so blessed and calm this week

This picture doesn't even need words, just look at that face. BABY LOVE!! Yes blurry but beyond that JUST LOOK!!
for little girl ponytails and playing in the window. LOVE THIS!! (bad photo but still tells a sweet story) love this girl today, she was sooo good and helpful and painted with me.
for magical surprises and cousin fun
for finding a pickle with 3 holes in it, Renee was excited
for lessons to learn about not waiting till the last minute for projects and asking for help when you need it. thankful for a patient, wonderful, helpful husband. He really helped Sam and made him feel better about his project. Sam can't stand projects at school let's hope it will get easier.
So thankful for my niece who love to play rough and tough which is what Sam needs. She has been wrestling with him since she was little. He is usually gentle with her. Love these two together and love this little tomboy girl.
So thankful for this sweet niece of mine. Waited a loooong time for her and love her to pieces. She created art with me and inspired me for my journal. Also surprising her with her FIRST ART JOURNAL FOR CHRISTMAS, sooo excited. Love you sweetie.
for surprises coming soon, have been painting the days away!!
Thankful for the few times I got to watch this show and got to see the last one.

  2. Dawn,
Your first two photos are actually quite good! Who knows of a toddler who will always stand still? Blurred but happy is so typical. And the girl with the ponytail at the window...this one is so sweet, and you are right, it does tell a story. Photos do not have to be "perfect". In fact, photography "rules" are made to be broken..and in doing that we often have the most priceless memories captured through our lens. I'm glad you were willing to post these and share them, because they are beautiful to YOU!

    Sending you love and blessings!

  3. Thank you ladies for stopping by.

yes bonita, I've been painting on canvas and wood this week, all kinds of cool things happening here. you will see soon.

Deborah, thanks so much for the kind words on my imperfect photos. they are my favorites most times. that ponytail is a big deal to me, since my girls never had them when they were this little. so thanks for seeing what I see my friend.

hugs and love to you both!

  4. Oh I love these photo's... all of them. Sometimes blurry or dark photo's are the best because they truly capture the moment. I really love the silouette of that very cute ponytail, its just perfect.
Thanks for sharing these happy things.
    love me :-)
