I could talk forever about this season and show so many pictures that mean September/fall to me. There are no words for how much I truly LOVE LOVE this season. I tried so hard for days to just pick one photo for the prompt "September" at OUR BEAUTIFUL WORLD each of these is special for their own story. So I decided to share all of these with you, feel free to pick a favorite and let me know. Please stop by this BEAUTIFUL and see what others are sharing from around the world. I'm so thankful for this place to share, you ladies are the sweetest!! HAPPY SEPTEMBER

I know this post is already long but I need to share some more magic and beauty with you. Every year our garden has a new story and I'm so glad I take pictures thru the summer of all the changes. There is always one favorite thing out of our garden each year, this year it's SUNFLOWERS!!! Every day there is something new to see in them and watching them grow and surprises along the way too. We think it's due to the large amounts of rain we've had, well the sunflowers must have loved it. Here are the pictures of these beauties filling our garden this summer. So let's take a sunflower walk....
click on the image if you need. see the sunflowers, see that big one on the right!!
surprise...pale yellow ones....sigh...love...
seriously....gorgeous....orange....aaahhh
sorry it's blurry?? but deep rich brownish red ones
surprise...sunshine...love....sigh...happy....
darling ones that came back this year
love love this...blue sky.....orange...happy
here are two surprises...mini ones...soooo CUTE and TINY
this one is our MAMA SUNFLOWER TREE.... yep it's a tree to us... 9feet tall and at least 50 sunflowers growing on it and more still growing... so big I can hardly get a good picture of it..this is what it looks like on all sides and it was 2 weeks ago I took this. It has fallen over slightly but still amazing to see. Rich and I walk out there every night and check it out and are in awe each time at it's size and beauty of it. Sienna loves saying WOW each time she looks at it.
My dear friend Susan wants to paint sunflowers inspired from my garden so I hope this walk thru the garden will give her enough ideas and colors to play with. Did you have a favorite?? Let me know!

Thanks everyone if you made it thru this long but beautiful post!! I had to squeeze it all in while I had time. My next few days will be busy prepping for Week In The Life with Ali Edwards. It's like my Project Life only more pictures more words more fun and just MORE!! I be posting daily starting on Monday sharing our WHOLE DAY with you, more info coming in Monday's post.
Thanks for the wonderful comments on my T time post, always nice to catch up again.
Have a great rest of your week and go outside and see what beauty you can find!!

  13. Awesome tribute to September. Love the pastries. Now I'm REALLY hungry! Apples are so good for you, but I've never been a big apple fan. Prefer them cooked, I guess.

I've never seen so many varieties of sunflowers. No wonder you are pleased. I'm super impressed, and I live in the Sunflower State (grin).

I'm going to try to make it by every day next week, but I may have to catch up on a couple of days. You asked for a project hint. It has to do with my basement, which couldn't be FURTHER from my computer if I tried!

  15. Great fall pics - my favorite are the ones with the pointed petals - showed your mug drawings to the ladies at work - one of them said you need to be drawing cards for Hallmark - then when I showed her some of your blogs and stories - she said they were amazing and you should also be writing verses in the cards you draw for Hallmark - how about that for a compliment!!?? Love the apple orchard pics too - looks like a fabulous place - which one is it? Love what you do!
